Before I present the results, I will say, these were some close judgment calls. In at least two of the scorings, people tied. Also, you four (being one of you guys are two working together) did remarkably well not only in this round, but in all the rounds you showed up in. In fact, everyone in this tournament really showed me what kind of creativity people are capable of. I'm very impressed with how you guys handled your battles and tried something outside the box. I really hope you all had fun with this, being that was my intent on the beginning.
Without further ado, I present to you, the results.
Our third place goes to...
WEDNESDAY AND ALISTAIR
You guys definitely tackled something new with the writing. And animation as well? Fantastic. It suffered some from causing judges to get lost in the story, but definitely a worthwhile piece.
Second place is...
ZELPHA AND DELTA
Another great show of attempting something new with a bit of comic tossed in! I applaud you on that experiment. Excellent storytelling and great characterization to boot! One judge claimed it went a little long, but overall it was a great fight.
And finally, the winner of the Rewrite Tournament!
I present to you...
PERCY AND BILL
You really went all out on this. Really involving story, being ambitious enough to include everyone in the tournament (and being accurate about it, too!) and my personal favorite part was the finale, not only the "You're in the wrong genre for a monologue" line, but also the final resolution of Percy and Bill back in their element and acting as they normally do. Very nice wrap up, and excellent entry overall!
Again, all four of you did a great job and really made this judging round difficult for all of us. It was quite close, believe me!
So the Writer is defeated, and the story is at its end! But of course, there are prizes for you three! Look below to see what you've won! You've earned it.
I'd like to thank you all for auditioning for this tournament (a bit of a shaky start, hm?). Thanks to all the judges for helping out with the choices, and also big thanks for those who donated prizes! I hope you guys all had as much fun as I did, and I hope you guys learned along the way and made some new friends.
And with that, I think it's time to end this story that the Writer seemed to have irresponsibly started.

Random accent is random. Also I'm only so annoying because I'm really anxious.
